Below is step by step tank removal and aboveground tank installation project. The project includes  New Roth tank installations, new doulble wall copper piping and Ultra-Filter tiger loop installation to the burner.

The project begins with the installation of the new aboveground Roth oil tank and double wall copper supply feed and return lines to burner, with an Ultra-Filter Tiger loop oil delivery system mounted on the wall.

FABCO installs all new doublewall Copper  piping from the new tank to the oil burner. The Roth -tank placement on the property must be pre-approved to a suitable location complying with zoning codes of the local township.  Below is typical installation

Above is typical NJDEP non-regulated oil tank closure. The Tank is accesses and opened with non-sparking air operated ripper chisel. The Tank is vacuumed cleaned, the tank bottoms sludges are transported to an approved NJDEP facility for recycling.

All Used Heating Oil and tank bottoms stills are manifested offsite and transported by FABCOR INC., (FABCO-Recovery)  An A-901 NJDEP Transporter to an approved NJDEP recycling Facility in Elizabeth, NJ.

The cleaned tank removed from the excavation, the local inspector checks for corrosion holes, the sidewalls of the excavation are field screened with a field meter. Once the Local Inspector performs the demolition inspection, the excavation is then backfilled with clean virgin certified fill materials.

Installation of topsoil and seed to fill in a planting area or lawn depressions is always complementary and standard policy with a FABCO Tank Closure. We do every project as if it was our own house, and we take pride in our work. If the tank excavation ever needs topsoil due to possible settling FABCO will provide the installation of topsoil free of charge.
