As you can see, you only get one chance to install the piers right. These piers where drilled in to 28 feet below grade, in order to support the house during the soil remediation. Looking up is the bottom of the poured foundation, FABCO excavated 16 feet below grade and 25 feet in under the house. |

FABCO excavated the impacted soil and cleaned up the project, the helical piers supported the house all though the soil remediation, with no prolblems. FABCO leaves the helical piers in the ground for continued support forever. The piers are hot dipped galvanized and will last 100 years without coating. FABCO coated the ones above to protect the foundation wall water proofing.
