1) You must have a federal taxable income of less than $250,000;
2) Your net worth is not more than $500,000 (excludes your primary residence, pension and retirement funds); and
3) You spend more than 51% of your income on living expenses (includes mortgage, car and insurance payments).

Grants are awarded for up to $3,000.00 the project can be done for under $3,000.00 your out of pocket expense is $250.00 for Grant application processing charged by NJEDA.
