OIL TANK Installations by FABCO below

Check Tank Manufacture Web Sites http://www.granbytanks.com

Please  Scroll down check and see which tank you prefer.

The Roth comes Standard with a complete package

Tank whistle alarm, Sculley fill port, float gage, 2 inch Vent.

This tank system fit well, Two 165 gallon Roth tanks twined together in the basement side by side,  this  was a tight fit to get them down a  finished stair case.  One 275 gallon Roth-Tank would not go down the stairs. This system solved the prolem with dual unit set up and allowed 330 gallon of storage.

Typical side by side installation, saving wall space and keeping units a minimum of  5 feet away from  the oil Burner unit.

Dear FABCO,

Thank you for doing such a professional job installing an indoor oil tank and hook up to my existing oil burner and removing of my old in- ground oil tank. I have dealt with many local independent businessmen over the years and working with you and your employees raised the bar. You did everything you said you would do promptly and efficiently and at a great price. I would suggest to anyone who is considering using FABCO that even if his estimate is a little higher than someone else, he is worth the peace of mind to get the job done right. Thank you Anthony for all your efforts and your crew was fantastic.

Sincerely,

Bob Layton

Typical 275 gallon Granby Above-ground storage tank with safety pan installation, this is your answer to secondary containment on a budget, this installation will give you the peace of mind at low cost. All of FABCO tank installations get inspections and FABCO closes permits out with the local building department by providing the documents for the tank closure and new tank installation.

Dear Anthony

I just wanted to say thank you. Your company just completed many weeks/months of work on various projects and I can't say enough about it. I am extremely pleased with your service and all of the service people that were sent to our home. When we needed a job done your response was immediate and the job was completed in a timely manner, correctly. I was comfortable with the contracts and estimates given, as a homeowner, knowing I found company that I could trust and whose work is thorough and first-rate is a great feeling. I was impressed with your quick response time to my questions and concerns and for taking the time to explain the services that you were providing. The companies president took the time to clarify areas that I was unsure of, thank you. From the first phone call/email to the completion of all the projects that I hired your company to do, I was treated with friendliness, respect and professionalism. Art, Anthony, Gus and the rest of your staff were not only professional in every way, they were polite, and took great care and respect of my property. My overall experience with FABCO, INC stands out as the best in terms of considerate service, excellent communication, and overall professionalism. I will call your company in the future and will make sure to recommend you to anyone in need of your services in the future.

Best Wishes

Rita Russo

The Roth -Double Wall Tank (DWT) sitting on a Lentil pad outside along the fence.

This is a tank with a Polly tank inside for double protection and with a cover to protect the the fill and vent ports from snow and rain.  (shown above with cover off )

In the above installation is a 275 gallon Granby Tank (standard) with a tank pan installation.(optional) and a standard 2 inch galvanize fill and vent port installation to the outside.

The saftey factor thinking is when and if a basement tank may leak after a 15 to 20 year period, it may develop a very small pin hole on the bottom.  Before the oil runs on the floor, you will see the oil in the pan and a call for service.    This is an economical answer to a double wall tank installation.

These Roth Tanks fit nicely in tight space. They are clean and modern looking.  FABCO can double up the storage capacity for 550 gallons of oil storage in your basment.

Typical Vent and Lock on Fill Port with tank alarm whistle to prevent delivery spillage.

FABCO Drills your Foundation Block with a diamond core hand held wet drill for a neat clean installation and allows for easy sealing and water proofing. This also allows for the 3 inch PVC sleeve for added support.  (see picture above it is the same wall outside, notice no cement breakout to disfigure the wall parging.)    Wet Diamond core drilling makes for a clean cut on both sides.

The Roth-USA tank tucks nice in this basement corner to save space, 1/2 line off top.

Roth Tank inside installation with vent alarm whistle -Fuel gage- and control ball valve shut off are standard.

Above is a Granby Standard Tank, 12 gage steel, this is a great tank  that will get the job done.

This Granby Tank fits nice in the bush line with a firm concrete base to stabilize the tank

A horizontizal tank or porch tank fits under window's for a low profile installation.

Typical 330 gallon Horizontal Granby tank Single wall, for that Little bit extra between snow storms.
